quick replace from Dan Shick, WMDE technical writer, to avoid linking to the now-sunsetted repo

Hi Dan! Thank you for your contribution! I'll test the new release pipeline 1.35.2 again, and if everything works as expected, I'll merge this.

I have tested 1.35.2 again: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T286334#7232203. The query service containers are still not working...
