[presentation] Check if images got downloaded correctly #23

Check if images got downloaded correctly in case the download in case the download was done manually (current status).

Will probably change, since tesseract can also work with URLs

Because we no longer actively download the images but leave this to the OCR engine, we no longer have the option to influence this.

Furthermore, there is no way to determine, for example, hash values of remote files without downloading them if they are not provided.
