[presentation] Log writing works only if BE User is logged in #34

Look again for an other way to write the log because $GLOBALS['BE_USER']->simplelog() only works if BE user is logged in...

Used in presentation:FullTextGenerator.php#L239 and presentation:PageView.php#L380.
