Fix ignored files #102

The current docker image fails to provide the XSLT transformations pagetext and teihocr because they were ignored. This commit fixes this.

Thanks, added to Git master now.

The last release was more than two years ago. Should we prepare a new one (0.3.0 or 1.0.0?) this year or wait until next year?

Going to version 0.3.0 is easy (i.e. already overdue now) but for version 1.0.0 we may want to check further the issues especially the one which indicate a bug.

We should release whenever we feel ready (i.e. no preferences about the year of action).
