I am not experienced with this jade files and no one else wanted to continue here in the last two years. Thus, I close this PR now, but I have copied the document into the wiki: https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/ocr-fileformat/wiki/Comparison-of-OCR-formats . There, as a wiki page, it should be much easier to edit for anyone interested in extending this comparison of OCR formats.
