Factor pattern matching / templating out of the code #63

This PR changes the configuration of the backend.

All path/url mapping/templating is fully driven by a YAML configuration file and not hardcoded any more. This should make it much easier to accomodate different directory layouts and additional functionality beyond wrapping hocr-extract-images / ocropus-gtedit.

PR is not ready yet, the JS still needs to be adapted, I'll ping when it's done.
