Set up travis to build from UB-Mannheim, not kba fork #73

@kba Can you explain further what is needed here? I see that travis is failing currently, but we don't have a file .travis here anyway. Moreover, you have a branch https://github.com/kba/ocr-gt-tools/tree/travis which looks promising but it cannot merged automatically.

That branch seems to have diverged pretty far from what I can see (#90). Perhaps just copy the travis.yml and test.sh script in a new branch and take it from there?
