Current Behavior

Looks like there's no build for the most recent version of Tesseract

Expected Behavior

Build available.

Suggested Fix

Run build process on 5.4.1 relesase.

Meanwhile 5.5.0 is available, so there is no need for a 5.4.1 installer.
