you vs we switching throughout #283

I have found that we switch from "we are doing blah" to "you are doing blah", "your" vs "our", etc somewhat frequently throughout. Maybe worth a pass to uniformize this. I think I did this a while ago to prefer "your / you", but it's gotten out of sync again.
