Standard size for scatter and line plots? #310

We should come up with a standard size for the scatter and line plots we generate, not the panel ones, but stand alone?

Agreed. Once you pick a reasonable setting, please add it to the style guide!

just adding a checklist for myself:

not touching any plots where it's purposely bad (e.g. plots in chapter 1 they haven't learned how to change axes labels so not changing those)
