Edits:

polished intro of tokens
fixed later sections that talked about using passwords for pushing (swapped to token)
the text previously jumped back and forth from "we" to "you" a lot, so made it consistently "you" (wherever instructions were being given -- few instances of "we"/"our" remain where it made sense)

LGTM now, so merging
