Code/notebox splits #356

Code and noteboxes are sometimes split across PDF pages, and occasionally this doesn't look great.

We should consider changing the notebox & code environment to avoid that from happening.

Because this is just based on how LaTeX places things (which depends on all other content), we should handle this last.

Mostly handled in the latest PRs. I'm closing this; can open a new issue in the future if problems crop up with more edits.
