changing seed for cv example in section 6.6.2 #428

Changing set.seed to address student's comment:

in the datascience book at the end of Chapter 6.6.2 (https://datasciencebook.ca/classification2.html#cross-validation), the 10-fold cross-validation actually has a higher standard error than the 5-fold one (0.0207 instead of 0.0174)
