The first three changes are fairly straightforward, but I would appreciate some extra eyes on the kable style warning, line width, and extract_fit_parsnip modifications.
Unfortunately the fourth change to fix #495 requires us to put anonymous functions back in... it's just in a note box, but still not super satisfying. Would appreciate thoughts on this...
