Closes #464

original idea: we use nsmallest in the Py book in Ch5, but prelude it with a note box re: arrange+head versus nsmallest
but then I realized that nlargest appears in both Py and R in Ch4 (without explanation...)

So I'm going to move the note box back to Ch 4 (where it's first used) in both Py and R
