Python book link #529

In the welcome page, we should mimic the python textbook (make a corresponding edit there)

"This book is also available for the Python programming language"

Also remove the link to the R CRC press / Amazon page from the Python version.

Removed R purchase links from Py version in https://github.com/UBC-DSCI/introduction-to-datascience-python/commit/a5d86f5b3392e255e40b177f9d38b236f04ae542

Will add Py purchase links there once Py is published

Added link to Py version in R book in e2a2e25
