I spun this repo out of infrastructure code from the rudaux repo (which is now just for course orchestration).

AFAIK this ansible/ folder has the newest code that we've been using to boot up JHubs.

How is this repo related to dsci-100-infra? Is dsci-100-infra just out of date -- if so, we can probably delete that repo and just maintain this one.
