We should write an install script that

automatically checks for required software and installs it if necessary
- for more complex things (jhub etc) just throw an error if it's not setup properly
populates cron / other scripts with system-specific info (e.g. #112, #108, #105, #81 -- look through issues for more)
creates a template rudaux config template somewhere
anything else we can think about

Will handle this as part of #95.

When we do this - let's keep the Jupyter setup separate from rudaux. And have rudaux just check whether things are setup correctly. Would be nice to have nice errors, so rudaux can tell us what is missing if something it needs is missing.
