Description Adding a new directory to contain notes/documentation for specific process changes we come across when we work through issues in this repository.

@ttimbers no rush in reviewing/approving this PR. Ideally I'd like to merge this only after I've confirmed that the steps given in #20 enable me to deploy the AWS instance 🙂
