Modifications to remember when writing docs

Nginx remove client_max_body_size constraint for saving notebooks
timeout extension in LTAuth for slow logins
websockets fix for login issues (need Ian to explain this one to me, still a black box)
restart VM for DockerAPIError create containers

NFS setup

yum install nfs-utils
systemctl start nfs-server
zfs set sharenfs='rw=@IP.ADDRESS.FOR.INSTRUCTOR.HUB/32,crossmnt,no_root_squash' tank/home
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-rich-rule='rule family=ipv4 source address=IP.ADDRESS.FOR.INSTRUCTOR.HUB/32 port port=2049 protocol=tcp accept'

make sure all paths are absolute for sudo/root/cron etc (e.g. /usr/sbin/zfs in zfs_homedir.sh')
setting up sendmail / postfix properly
changing grader dir sizes?

Some of this is outdated at this point, and some should be moved to the JHub infrastructure repo. I'll leave it here for now until we can clean it up / split out other issues properly.
