Right now there is no (easy) way to edit grading after the deadline. E.g. I needed to give the entire class an extension after they all reported struggling with submissions after the deadline, but no easy way to do it.

need to remove the snapshot cache #77
need to have a way to easily remove snapshots / clear out grading account etc
other things -- need to think about this more
