automatic push to student before class #88

Use unlock date as class start time. 30 mins before each assignment unlock time, run pull on the instructor repo, generate assignment, move release to student repo, and push.

I don't think we can do this in a reasonably generic way in rudaux. This is probably a job for a DSCI-100-specific script somewhere else.
