README has been updated, and new PR opened. I. would like your attention. to these please:

  1. Check the usage section carefully, amend if necessary
  2. Please update with versions of the dependencies that I have listed. Amend. as necessary
  3. Is the usage on current data downloader file correct? Is it not supposed to be preceded by python?
