great reactive conditional filters
clean up labels (remove underscores) and update short forms
change the size of the titles of plots, they need to draw the attention more
the colour legend can be confusing as one may think it only applies to one plot
stacked back chart should be reflective of crime rates, maybe use library(forcats) to reorder crime type factors
add in short sentence to explain viz

There are minor typos in plot titles (overtime, differ)
Investigate the error messages that are displayed appear in the viz area while the page is loading
