Partial changes made after feedbacks on Milestone 1 #30

  1. Renamed data_exploratory-visualization.py to data_vis.py script
  2. updated data_vis.py for pdays plot now that we changed pdays attribute to categorical.
  3. removed old file - bank-full.csv
  4. modified readme to reflect the changes made in point 1
  5. uploaded makefile draft ( working fine , except it can't call data_vis.py) - Sabrina will continue to work on this.
