making changes re: feedback #65

Hi team,

In this pr, I've made following changes re: feedback:

  1. change the title
  2. change the size and padding between kpi cards
  3. make kpi cards dynamic
  4. change the height of four plot
  5. change default date range to 2014-2024
  6. adding tooltip for high-level temp plot
