Fixed last release badge in footer #86

Fixed last release badge in footer.

Also added more description and weather variables description in README. Changes in Readme will handle issues:-

  1. add more description in the READme
  2. -filter, make the plots clearer, just add introduction in READme file [Anu]
  3. terms like 'apparent temperature' and 'sum of shortwave radiation' might be confusing., we can change [Anu]
  4. Select only most important temperatures (finish in READme) [Anu]
  5. Update any screenshots and descriptions in your README that are outdated.

Question for all, do we need to mention data source in Readme?
