Dear Team 21,

The dashboard you've created is very well-structured, visually appealing, and informative. The layout is clean, with distinct sections for filters and visualizations that help guide the user's interaction with the dashboard. The titles of the plots are clear and descriptive, directly informing users what each visualization represents. The legend in the map visualization provides a clear understanding of the salary range across different regions, which is excellent for instantly grasping the data distribution. The filters on the left provide a good range of options for users to interact with the dashboard and drill down into specific data views. The bar graphs are a great choice to display average salary distribution, allowing for easy comparison across regions. The map is a strong visual tool to depict regional data, allowing users to quickly identify geographical patterns.

Suggestions for Improvement: When states are selected, the bar graphs could also be updated to provide information for that specific state. I think it will get more informative in that way. For the map, adding interactive tooltips that display detailed information for each state when hovered over could also help improve the dashboard. The 'Average Salary by Region' and 'Number of Job Postings by Region' bar charts could include labels for the exact values to provide clearer insights at a glance. The difference between the average minimum and maximum could also be explained, making it clearer.

Overall, I enjoyed going over your dashboard and it serves its purpose efficiently.
