Implement both major and five of the minor ones

Major:

• [x] Update max slider value dynamically based on how many panels fits roof dimensions
• [x] Highlight province somehow on zoom in and highlight point for selected city

Minor:

• [x] Fix big gap to bottom
• [x] Adjust color theme
• [x] More padding around the title, both left, up and down
• [x] Placeholder for empty plot in panel
• [x] Difference in saving often exactly 0?
  • [x] Change to max diff? Make clear what is shown
