I love the topic and the motivation. Here are some suggestions:

[x] Indicate what the map is showing - with a title
[x] The bar chart at the bottom and the card beside it only change based on the multiple choice near it, indicate this by combining these features into one card
[ ] For some values, the Difference in Savings shows $XXX/yr, maybe change that to Null/Nil/NA
[x] A small subheading giving directions on how to use the dashboard could be helpful.

Overall, great work team! I love the dashboard, and the map is especially fascinating.

Thanks Riya! Very helpful suggestions! We ended up leaving $XXX to indicate nothing was selected, so users can still see units.
