Third plot idea for dashboard

Consider a scatter plot or heat map to show how price/points/value differ for different grape types.

Since there are way too many variety, we should bucket the varieties of grapes into their respective categories (red, white, rose, sparkling, etc)

• Doing so also has the potential to enable new filtering/sorting functionality for other plots as well
