Great job! The design of the whole dashboard is beautiful.
I thought the title was "Vis for Vino" not "V is for Vino". The block letter spacing was hard to read.
There is a lot of text to read before you get to the actual dashboard. I skipped half of it, but that meant I didn't understand what the dashboard did.
Maybe add a more descriptive title so that the user knows what they are supposed to do. "Total Number of Reviews". Maybe phrase as a question or direction, like "Use the map below to find the best value wines."

We both found the "Number of Observations" confusing. It took a while playing around to trying to figure out what the slider does.
It wasn't clear what insights you wanted me to take away (like which areas had the best value)
By the time I got to the heatmap, I was overloaded by information that I wasn't sure what it was trying to show me
