Introduction is quite brief. Leads reader wondering why this is an important question to answer. I think the question could still also be refined. For example, what is a reasonable level of accuracy for your application of machine learning here?

Thank you for the comment. I expanded the readme file and cleaned up and grammar errors are fixed.
