Final report missing from Makefile. It should be the dependency of the all target, as well as a target itself at the end of the Makefile.

Hi tiffany, our report is in the form of a Jupyter notebook. Milestone one suggested that we could do that. Hence, we made our project so that the Makefile creates all the images in the correct folders, and this allowed the report to load the images in.
