HTML report error #17

GitHub pages was not turned on, so there was no HTML report rendered on Github

Hi @andytai7 We would publish PDF for easier review in Milestone 2 submission. Thanks for the reminder

@tonyshumlh PDF is not rendered properly so we put the html under my github.io page and put the link in the README.md file. Please let us know if there's a better solution. Thank you!
