edited README instructions for reproducing the analysis so that the 4 options are clearer
added a couple of lines to each of the histogram scripts to prevent the 'Rplots.pdf' files from being produced. See this link for the issue: https://github.com/tidyverse/ggplot2/issues/2787
edited the report for grammar and consistency of capitalizations
