Added Make to the dependencies list in the README file #76

I had the idea to run the Makefile from Terminal on my computer instead of Terminal in RStudio and it runs now with only python instead of the full python path. I'd still like to know why the RStudio Terminal doesn't work though, so I'm going to keep the issue open until we can ask in lab.
