Updating EDA #20

  1. Explain why only certain columns were used as features
  2. Use un-gathered dataset (it is much smaller and shows distributions better) using read.feather()
  3. Update plots to show distribution of feature data with respect to average price
  4. Make tables to show distribution of feature data
