• [x] add a filter for the questions
• [x] remove camel_case in the axis label
• [x] With a certain combination of gender, age group and company size, we have a set of charts that only have one bar for each chart or nothing at all.
• [x] Instead of 3 rows and 2 columns, you could have 3 columns and 2 rows to better fit typical screen aspect ratios. Might remove the need for a scrollbar also.
• [x] make the axes label and axes ticklabel text slightly bigger.
• [x] Having the same ymax would make it easier to compare between questions.
• [x] Make sure that the y-axis is always showing integer numbers, seeing fractions for the count can be confusing.
• [x] Remove the x-axis label consisting of just the variable name (you already put the question as the plot title).
• [x] Will it be possible to select multiple items from the drop down menus in the future?
• [x] Consider using an age slider instead of a dropdown to give more flexibility. It should not be too much work given your current implementation of filtering the years.
• [x] Use reshape and faceting instead of repeating the same code for the bar plot 6 times.

I made some changes to the design: make questions a filter, changed the options in 'Country' filter, changed the options in 'Age' filter, removed filter 'company size'. I also made minor change to data cleaning script. now we keep all countries.
