  1. workflow is approved.
  2. scripts will be shared.
  3. the first draft of all child documents will be prepared and all group members will make a pull request for their part by tonight
    • Vanessa part: Script Pipeline and EOA
    • Shiva part: Readme and Data
    • Mahsa part: Intro and Summary
    • Rowan part: Method and Results
  4. works will be checked and modified by group members
    • Rowan -> Shiva ->Mahsa ->Vanessa
  5. Report Preparation timeline:
    • members should send the first draft by tonight.
    • the first draft of the report should be ready by tomorrow noon.
    • Last feedbacks and modifications till Friday night.
    • Saturday noon is the deadline for the final report.
  6. Environment will be shared by Vanessa.
  7. Each member should add their resources to the Resource file while they are doing their part.
