Initialized codebase and repo structure #18

Created a simple multi-page app Some thoughts:

  1. We can put our main dashboard (the calculator, all fancy visualizations) on the main page
  2. It might be nice to have a secondary page to display some other information (e.g. top 10 food with highest/lowest calories by unit)

Also added a merged dataset and a script to download all raw datasets
