Update plot #1 #30

As itemized in #20 , fixed outstanding items relating to plot #1, with the exception of (optional) remaining items as listed in issue.

@d-sel Looks nice! Just one issue, few plots have labels overlapping. Would you be able to fix them? If not, should we keep those as it is hard to read those plots?

I looked at the question itself, and don't think there's an (easy) reasonable way to incorporate the responses for this question into the plot without further extrapolating the responses. They look to have multiple choices within one: array([nan, 'Anxiety Disorder (Generalized, Social, Phobia, etc)|Mood Disorder (Depression, Bipolar Disorder, etc)', 'Anxiety Disorder (Generalized, Social, Phobia, etc)|Stress Response Syndromes', 'Anxiety Disorder (Generalized, Social, Phobia, etc)|Stress Response Syndromes|Substance Use Disorder', 'Anxiety Disorder (Generalized, Social, Phobia, etc)|Substance Use Disorder',

Instead, I am opting to drop this question from the drop-down list. I've checked the remaining questions and now it should show up well.

I have added a commit to this PR with the addition of dropping this question and slight resizing of the plot. Please take a look now and let me know if you find anything else!
