In addition to last commit #64 formatting bibliography, I added EDA analysis:
rewriting the EDA section
formatting the figures accordingly
rename the file to report3_eda_bib_formatted.ipynb, I only keep the report from Summary to EDA as well as the Reference section, where
a. Introduction with formatted citation
b. Data and EDA section with formatted citation, figures and re-written discussion
c. Referection with formatted bibliography
Further compilation can be done based on this notebook.
I've successfully builded the jupyter book with bib and plots rendered correctly in the container on my end.
