Changes on main file includes:

hided the code cell on main report
fixed figure number syntax to generate properly
added analysis for preprocessor and transformer pipeline
rephrased some of analysis
slightly modified report structure
fixed minor typos

rendered jupyter-book:

uploaded rendered _build folder
updated files in docs folder
