First working draft of analysis script #23

This is a first working draft of the analysis script. The script currently outputs 2 files: a confusion matrix based on test data, as well as a classification report in the form of a csv.

Still to do:

Implement output of most positively and negatively correlated features
Make the code DRY and clean
