some changes have made #17

Main changes:

  1. changed the image capture links in to r code chunks on report rmd file
  2. put a code chunk on the report rmd file to show the t statistic, p value, etc
  3. changed val.equal = TRUE to FALSE on the final viz script t test argument
  4. modified the arguments (output and input file paths)
  5. created a Makefile
