Save plot to reference plot folder on first time running #38

Hi @rahulkuriyedath , I'm trying to fix failing unit tests on the remote runner machine, those tests ran fine on our local machines so I have no idea, just guessing the cause: saving files to reference plots folder on first run. Thanks. Mai
