• I would suggest using the proportions (proportion of cancelled cancelled vs. not cancelled) for the values in the heat map; I believe this is ultimately what you are trying to compare here, which would make it easier to read.
• Figure 1 is quite hard to read--maybe stack more of the plots vertically (reduce the number of columns in the plot grid) to give more horizontal space for the x-axis of the plots?
• Plots & tables should not have the raw column names as axis labels etc. to increase readability. Also, what does "X1" mean in table 1?

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for the feedback. We modified the categorical vs target heat map to reflect the proportions (cancel rate) now. We also modified Figure 1 so that it is easier to read. We also modified table 1 so that the column names are human-readable.
