Hi Sam and Ofer,

I've added two usage scenarios to the proposal.md file. Please review and let me know if you have comments.

I also checked the word count, and we're at 970 words.

I like the second research question in regards to the trends and patterns of alcohol consumption across geographic regions. This will fit in nicely with the visualization of the heatmap.
