I'm unsure of how to incorporate CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 Deed into the license file in addition to the MIT file.

Unfortunately there was no license listed for these datasets, for now, we can assume all rights reserved and refrain from redistributing.

The website itself encourages others to conduct analysis but makes no mention of licenses. I have reached out to the website owner for more information
